Donald R. Sallah
Donald R. Sallah, Senior Partner, is a skilled trial attorney who has practiced exclusively in the area of Matrimonial and Family Law for the past 40 years. Mr. Sallah received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from St. John's University in 1972, and is a founding partner of The Sallah Law Firm, P.C.
Mr. Sallah is well known in the legal community as a leading trial attorney in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. He is regularly hired by other law firms to act as lead counsel on their cases. In the course of his career, he has handled thousands of matrimonial cases – from the simple to the complex. He has extensive experience synthesizing complicated household and business finances involving all aspects of Matrimonial and Family Court actions.
Mr. Sallah is fully versed in all aspects of Matrimonial and Family Law and has regularly lectured before other attorneys on Matrimonial and Family Law issues at the Suffolk County Bar Association.
Mr. Sallah has conducted trials in Suffolk, Nassau, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Duchess, Albany, Saratoga and Ulster Counties, all five boroughs of New York City, and South Carolina, Connecticut, and Florida.

Dean J. Sallah
Dean Sallah, partner, is an experienced trial attorney who has practiced exclusively in the area of Matrimonial and Family Law for the past 20 years. Mr. Sallah received his Juris Doctor from St. John's University in 1996 and has been a member of The Sallah Law Firm. P.C. ever since.
Mr. Sallah has litigated all aspects of matrimonial cases in Suffolk, Nassau, Queens, Brooklyn and New York counties. Mr. Sallah is fully familiar with the nature and quality of legal services necessary to prosecute and defend any type of Matrimonial and Family Court action – from the simple to the complex.
Mr. Sallah recognizes that with compassion and expertise most Matrimonial and Family Law matters can be successfully resolved by way of settlement, without the need of an expensive trial. However, for those cases that cannot be settled, he remains a trial lawyer first and represents his clients through the trial process with the necessary experience and zealousness required to bring the case to a successful conclusion. Indeed, on numerous occasions, Mr. Sallah has had clients referred to him by other law firms to handle the trial for their client's cases.
Mr. Sallah is also an experienced Appellate attorney and has successfully briefed and argued over 40 appeals in the past 12 years, all of which have appeared in the New York Law Journal and other publications.
Mr. Sallah is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association.
Danielle Turturo, Associate, obtained her Bachelors of Arts Degree from S.U.N.Y. at New Paltz, magna cum laude, and her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. Danielle was admitted to the New York State Bar and the Massachusetts State Bar in 2012 and was subsequently admitted in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
During law school, Danielle focused her electives on Matrimonial and Family Law. She frequently volunteered her time as a Student Advocate in conjunction with both the Courtroom Advocates Project and the Uncontested Divorce Project. Both Projects were aimed at assisting victims of domestic violence in obtaining temporary orders of protection and uncontested divorces. Danielle was also a member of New York Law School’s Mediation Clinic where she mediated and negotiated cases in New York County.
Throughout law school and well into her career, Danielle has dedicated her focus and practice on Matrimonial and Family Law. She has assisted in the preparation and trial of both simple and complex equitable distribution matters in Supreme Court, along with representing clients in various Family Court hearings ranging from Custody and Visitation to Child and Spousal Support. She currently represents clients with compassion and an attention to detail. Her first route is always to facilitate a settlement in hopes of restoring balance and stability to what is often a broken family environment. However, when this route is not in her client’s best interest, Danielle has the experience to successfully bring a case to its conclusion through the trial process.
Danielle also handles all of our residential Real Estate transactions from start to finish. Danielle has experience working for both Sellers and Buyers. Danielle is easily accessible to her clients during what can be both a stressful and joyful event.
